As with any car buying experience, there are ups and downs. Sales, Edgard in particular is a stand-out. He knew the product extremely well, was able to field all of our questions. As far as the next part of the process, financing, Karmen, a complete failure in the chain of car buying process. I’m really not sure what he’s thinking when after you’ve made the painstaking choice of shopping around to spend at least $50,000 on a vehicle, he thinks it’s OK to push a $3400-$12,000 decision in a matter of two minutes or less. Just because he flashes his sheet (photo-copied / cheesy , only highlighting the Premium Packages) for what he believes is important, pre-paid Service contract. Un-called for, unprofessional, Hurry up, pushy time-share approach. Brah, it’s MB of BH what are you thinking?
All in all once you get out of the Finance hall of shame, the sun comes out again you pick up your beautiful new car and you’re off on your journey.

I have been bringing my car here for years because of Ivan montejano. I have been to keyes european and encino and their service departments treat you like garbage unless you complain. Even on days when Ivan is not available the rest of his team smoothly handles my cars needs without any confusion. Face it nowadays customer service is not what is used to be but this place is part of that last few businesses that delivers.
